Do I Need A Account To Place Order? 

You are not required to open an account to place an order. However if you sign up for an account with us you will take advantage of some benefits such as discount coupons, fast checkout, saved wish list and much more.

When Will My Order be Dispatched? 

Your order will be dispatched 1-3 business days after being placed (Monday-Friday). We aim to dispatch your order the same day.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package? ? 

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen and your delivery location. We do offer a Free Shipping Service on all our orders.

USA Orders: (Processing time 2-3 business days)

  • FREE Shipping Service :Your order will be delivered 7 to 10 Business days after being dispatched. USPS/DHL Tracking number will be provided.
  • USPS Priority Express Mail: Your order will be delivered 3 to 5 Business days after being dispatched. USPS Tracking number will be provided.

*Please expect delivery for FREE SHIPPING Method of 12- 15 business days after being shipped in some cases.

International Orders: 

  • FREE International Standard: For orders from Canada UK and Australia please allow 10-12 business days after being dispatched. For other countries delivery time will be 15 to 20 business days.

Where Will My Order be Dispatched From?

  • USA Orders: 
  • If USPS Priority Express Shipping Method is selected at Checkout, your order will be fulfill from our USA warehouse and its going to take 3 to 5 business days after being dispatched.
  • If FREE SHIPPING Method is selected at Checkout, your order will be fulfill from our Overseas warehouse and delivery its going to take 7-10 business days afer being dispatched.
  • CA UK & AU Orders: Delivery Time 10-12 days after being dispatched. Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.
  • Other Countries: For orders from other countries than USA, CA, UK and AU, please allow 15-20 days for delivery. Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.

*Please note that due to high demand of some products we may incur in some delays when delivering some parcels.

How Do I Track My Order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking details and link to follow up the status of your parcel.

Do you charge taxes on each order? 

You will be taxed only if your order is shipped to Florida State, at 6% tax rate.

How much is delivery?

All our orders are FREE SHIPPING, International Orders are Welcome.

Which couriers do you use?

  • For USA Warehouse orders, your products will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or TNT.
  • For Overseas Warehouse orders, your products will be shipped via USPS. 

Can i amend my order?

This depends on the status of your order.  If your order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to cancel your order.

If your order has not left our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order but please notice that there will be a restock fee of 15% of the order value

*Please note once an order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’ then we are unable to amend the order.

I have received my order but it is wrong or damaged?

While we try our hardest to make sure that everything goes smoothly, unfortunately sometimes human error can occur. If you have received your order and the item is either incorrect or damaged then please contact us and we will do our best to correct this as quickly and painlessly as possible.

I haven't received my order yet?

If you think your order should have been with you already then please check the standard delivery times below. Occasionally standard delivery can take a little longer so please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
  • USA Warehouse – Normally 3-5 working days after being dispatched.
  • Overseas Warehouse – Normally 5-7 working days after being dispatched.

I am having problems ordering online?

How do i return or exchange an unwanted or damaged item?
