How do i return or exchange an unwanted or damaged item?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer a ’30 Day Returns Policy’ so you that can send any damaged items back to us (within 30 days of the delivery date) and will refund the cost of your items.

Contact us in order to get a Return form and fill in all appropriate fields, Click here to reques the return form. Please return the filled form including detailed pictures to the following e-mail address:


Send the items back to us, it’s best that you send your goods back via a Recorded service, as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post on it’s way back to us.
