1. Lead Time 

Your order will be dispatched 2-3 business days after being placed (Monday-Friday). 

2. Order Cancellations

This depends on the status of your order.  If your order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to cancel your order.
If your order has not left our warehouse, we would be able to cancel your order but please notice that there will be a restock fee of 15% of the order value

*Please note once an order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’ then we are unable to amend the order.

3. Delivery Time 

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen and your delivery location. We do offer a Free Shipping Service on all our orders.

USA Orders:

  • USPS Standard Shipping (FREE) :Your order will be delivered 7 to10 Business days after being dispatched. USPS/DHL Tracking number will be provided.*Please note that during peak season high demand products could take up to 15 business days for delivery.
  • USPS Priority Express Mail: Your order will be delivered 3 to 5 Business days after being dispatched. USPS Tracking number will be provided.

International Orders: 

  • FREE International Standard: For orders from Canada UK and Australia please allow 10-12 business days after being dispatched. For other countries delivery time will be 15 to 20 business days.

*USPS/DHL or FEDEX Tracking number to follow up your order will be provided on all orders.

    4. International Orders 

    YES, we do offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for International orders. 

    5. Tracking 

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking details and link to follow up the status of your parcel.

    6. Shipping Cost 

    All our orders are FREE SHIPPING. We operate and sell our products to the USA market, however International orders are welcome. Additional cost may apply for priority express shipping orders, rates at checkout.
     

    7. Couries

    • For USA orders your products will be shipped via USPS/DHL or FEDEX.
    • For International orders, your products will be shipped via USPS or DHL.
