1. Lead Time 

Your order will be dispatched 2-3 business days after being placed (Monday-Friday). 

2. Order Cancellations

This depends on the status of your order.  If your order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to cancel your order.
If your order has not left our warehouse, we would be able to cancel your order but please notice that there will be a restock fee of 15% of the order value

*Please note once an order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’ then we are unable to amend the order.

3. Delivery Time 

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen and your delivery location. We do offer a Free Shipping Service on all our orders.

USA Orders:

  • USPS Standard Shipping (FREE) :Your order will be delivered 10 to15 Business days after being dispatched + (processing time 2-3 business days). USPS, UPS, FEDEX or YUN EXPRESS Tracking number will be provided.
  • Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered 3 to 5 Business days after being dispatched + (processing time 2-3 business days). DHL Tracking number will be provided.

*Please note that due to COVD-19 impact, for FREE SHIPPING service please expect delivery time within 12 to 15 days after being dispatched.


International Orders: 

  • FREE International Standard: For orders from Canada UK and Australia please allow 10-15 business days after being dispatched + (processing time 2-3 business days). For other countries delivery time will be 15 to 20 business days. USPS, DHL, FEDEX, Epacket or YUN EXPRESS Tracking number to follow up your order will be provided.

4. Shipping Warehouse:

USA Orders: 
  • If FREE SHIPPING Method is selected at Checkout, your order will be fulfill from our Overseas warehouse.
  • If EXPRESS SHIPPING Method is selected at Checkout, your order will be fulfilled from our USA warehouse  or our Overseas Warehouse depending o product availability at the time of purchase.
International Orders:
    • CA UK & AU Orders: Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.
    • Other Countries: Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.

5. International Orders 

YES, we accept international orders, and we do offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for International orders. 

6. Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking details and link to follow up the status of your parcel. You can also track your order directly in our website in our tracking page in the main menu.

7. Shipping Cost 

We offer FREE SHIPPING in all our orders. For Express shipping additional cost applies, please check rates at checkout.
 

8. Courier

  • For USA orders your products will be shipped via USPS, DHL, FEDEX or YUN EXPRESS.
  • For International orders, your products will be shipped via USPS, DHL, Epacket or YUN EXPRESS.
